No need to be worry about your electricity cost anymore. At last we are installing a new pre paid electricity system ; whiches Works by a load card. All you need to do is just get your own (pre paid) card from LİPARİS 5 Management Office whiches belongs to your own appartment and decide how much Money you want to charge (keep) in your pre paid card. You can easyly rent your appartment with no worrys of electricity cost anymore . those who rents your appartment has to pay the electricity cost before they start using pre paid electricity card; means also they leaved no electricity cost when they leaved your appartment.
